WHAT COMPRISES A THAI MEAL

Salads: A harmony of tastes and herbal flavors are essential. Spiciness comes in different degrees preferred.

Soups: Traditional Thai soups are unique because they embody more flavors and texture than can be found in other types of food.

A La Cartes: A cashew nuts chicken, a garlic chicken, or a stir-fried dish helps make a meal more complete.

Curries: Most non-Thai curries consist of powdered or ground dried spices, whereas the major ingredients of Thai curry are fresh herbs. A Thai curry paste consists of dried chilies, shallots, garlic, galangal, coriander roots, lemon grass, kaffir lime peel and peppercorns.

Deserts: No good meal is complete without Thai deserts. Sweet and rich in flavor, they are particularly favorable after a meal full of herbs and spices. Please try our Thai coconut ice cream!
